Good Mother Studio is pleased to present ‘HIGHER’ a Solo Exhibition by
Thomas Lewis.
Thomas Lewis is a 30 year old emerging, multi-faceted artist based in San Francisco, CA. Thomas received his Bachelors Degree in Studio Art with a focus in painting at the University of North Carolina Wilmington after being suspended as a business major. He later attended City College of San Francisco where he expanded his work in to the ceramic medium.
Thomas Lewis grew up in a conservative, evangelical, homeschooled communities of suburban North Carolina. His work helps him define himself in a broader sense than the narrow dichotomies established in these communities. He is currently based in San Francisco. He paints out of his apartment in the Haight and rents a ceramic studio space in The Richmond.
